Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login secure. One account per person. You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your country.

Plans and payment

Free accounts include 10 images, 2 videos and 10 file attachments per day (limits reset daily). Zeyu Pro is $20 per month for unlimited images, videos and attachments. Zeyu Premium is $30 per month and adds the animated robot video call. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from the Billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not use Zeyu AI to create sexual content, harassment, hate speech, violence, malware, or anything illegal. Prompts are filtered and accounts that repeatedly attempt prohibited content may be suspended.

Generated content

You own the images, videos and text you generate, subject to these terms. AI output can be inaccurate — verify anything important before relying on it. Zeyu AI is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

Service and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue features, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous month.
