What we collect

Your email address and profile name, your conversations and messages, files you attach, images and videos you generate, and usage counters used to enforce daily plan limits. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our servers.

How we use it

To sign you in, keep your chat history, generate responses, images, videos and voice replies, apply your plan's limits, and process subscription payments. We do not sell your data or use your conversations for advertising.

Camera and microphone

Voice call and robot video call use your microphone and camera only while a call is running, and only after you grant permission. Audio and video frames are processed to produce a reply and are not stored as recordings.

Storage and security

Data is stored on managed Postgres infrastructure with row-level security, so each account can only read its own rows. Generated media lives in a private bucket and is served through short-lived signed links. API keys are held server-side only.

Your rights

You can delete individual conversations at any time, and delete your entire account (including chats, uploads and generated media) from the Settings page. Deletion is permanent.
